Organization

This page is about the online version, scrawl3d.

Everyone in an organization shares its projects: what one person saves, the others can open. Open the round badge top right › Organization.

The top box shows your plan, how many seats are used, and the cloud storage your projects take.

Members

Each member shows their email, when they last signed in, and a green shield if they've turned on two-step sign-in.

Admins can, for anyone but themselves:

• Role: Member or Admin. Admins manage members and invitations; members just work.
• Block / Unblock: a blocked member is signed out at once and can't sign in until unblocked.
• Remove (bin icon): they lose access for good. Projects they saved stay with the organization.

There is always at least one admin. To change your own role, ask another admin.

Inviting people

Admins type an email, choose Member or Admin and press Invite. The person gets an email with a link. It works once, for 7 days. Following it, they choose their name and password and are in.

• Pending invitations are listed below the box; Revoke cancels one.
• Each pending invitation takes a seat. When all seats are used, remove someone or revoke an invitation first.
• One email belongs to one organization. Someone who already has an account elsewhere can't be invited with the same email.

Billing

Admins see a Billing box on this page.

• Free trial: a new organization can use everything for 14 days.
• Basic, €20/month: Subscribe opens Stripe's payment page (card and other methods; your company's VAT number can go on the invoice).
• Card, invoices, cancel: Stripe's own page for your payment details, past invoices and cancelling.
• Unlimited: an organization scrawl3d puts on the Unlimited plan has no billing and no Billing box.

When the trial ends without a subscription

Your projects still open and nothing is deleted, but saving to the cloud stops until an admin subscribes.
